Professional Experience
Saint Alphonsus Health System
2017- Present
I am the organization-wide administrator of the learning management system (HealthStream) for the training platform. This includes 4 hospitals in 2 states, over 70 clinics, and nearly 6,000 colleagues. Certified HLC Administrator, a 3-year certification program through HealthStream, mine is current through 2020. I am also currently the Super User Coordinator across the system as we identify, train, and deployment of super users to assist our colleagues across the Trinity Health system as the electronic medical records system is updated to EPIC. I lead quarterly meetings with the 250 early super users as well as other meetings related to the initiative. I am also a leader in implementing the organization-wide movement of our general orientation of new colleagues from 2-day live sessions to a completely virtual model in response to the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. This task was part of a rapid response plan completed in a very short window of time. I managed an organization-wide implementation of a communication model for colleagues to utilize that involved coordinating 50 facilitators managing over 200 training sessions over a 2-month period. Other regular duties that I perform include annual assignments of regulatory courses. I design, develop, and publish eLearning courses in collaboration with subject matter experts. I manage the tuition reimbursement program for colleagues going to college, returning to college, or pursing advanced degrees in relation to their positions within the organization
