What are 3 things I learned in Module Three?

1. The specific examples Bonk provided in his Perfect E-Storm may be outdated, but the dynamic he is referring to is very prevalent now.

2. The ABCD method to create learning objectives for a lesson will greatly improve my own assignments. I found that Condition was not always clearly stated in my own and the effectiveness of the Degree varied.

3. I am not a particularly visual learner and using the software to create the concept map proved difficult.

What are 2 things that interested me in Module 3 that I would like to learn more about?

1. I am very interested in conducting research for my midterm project. The tool I chose was JeopardyLinks. This is the first assignment in the course where I feel that I am directly addressing assessments. With my research, I hope to conceive a strategy for coordinating best practices with the use of an online tool to deliver effectively material to students.

2. The ABCD Method to outline learning objectives is something that I will apply to all my current assignments that I use in my English courses. This will go along with my plan to explore ways to utilize the SAMR model to create more comprehensive assignments and exercises for my students in the future.

What is 1 question I still have?

We are three weeks into this course. I have dabbled, though not much, in editing within a wiki. I have created and maintained a blog on my e-portfolio. I learned the method to creating effective learning objectives, a very important skill. It is less clear how the concept map that I created using the learning objectives will be useful. There has been much learning of new tools and their functions. The overarching question I have not just for Module Three, but also for the course as a whole, is when will I learn how to take these tools and along with the best practices to create meaningful assessments for my students?
